Vikash has two dedicated departments to address the needs of women. The departments are steered by several lady doctors, who have female nurses under them.

Women's issues are not just related to pregnancy and birth. Changes in environment have been leading to physiological differences in a woman's body, which go on from puberty, pregnancy to menopause. The Obstetrics and Gynaecology department of Vikash looks into the healthcare needs of women from at every stage.
